"CORONARY HEART DISEASE"-

 What is CORONARY HEART DISEASE

Coronary heart disease tends to develop when cholesterol builds up on the artery walls, creating plaques. there are many types of coronary heart diseases such as obstructive  artery coronaryy, coronary microvascular disease, non obstructive etc. Some of the risk factors of coronary heart diseases are heart attack, high cholesterol etc.

"CORONARY HEART DISEASE"

causing agent, what are the indications, and their preventions

Our today's article will revolve around the real facts that cause "coronary heart disease". We have arteries and veins in our body that works as a pipe-like structure to regulate blood in our body the when the supply of blood or the regulation of blood to the entire body affects then causes heart diseases.

Like here we are talking about the regulation of blood so when these arteries become narrow in space then "coronary heart disease" develops.

Now how the space between the veins gets narrowed, is due to cholesterol builds up on the artery walls, creating wall type structure inside the arteries.

CAUSING AGENTS OF "CORONARY HEART DISEASE"

Before talking directly about the agents of "CHD", firstly the disease is thought to begin with damage or injury to the inner layer of a coronary artery.

The damage may be caused by different factors or agents including:

  • Smoking (chain smokers)
  • people with high blood pressure( stressful people)
  • High cholesterol- (Fun fact "it is not necessary that only fat people can have high cholesterol", sometimes it is genetics too)
  • People with a low level of insulin flow, diabetic patients
  • Inactive people (today's generation)

INDICATIONS OF "CORONARY HEART DISEASE"

If a person has narrow arteries, the supply of blood with oxygen will be less which may cause some problems, especially during exercise or other physical works where you need more supply of oxygen.

And if these problems continue for a period of time then it may develop following artery diseases -:

  • Chest pain- feeling of pressure or tightness in the chest, this pain is called anginaThe pain may not be forever and may go away after certain minutes or after stopping the stressful activity
  • Shortness of breath- Due to lack of pumping of blood in the body may feel a shortage of oxygen and problem on inhaling breath
  • Heart attack- A heart attack is caused when the artery gets completely blocked. The symptom of it can be a sharp pain in the shoulders and pressure in the chest.

For preventing "coronary heart disease"

It is a very known fact that being healthy is the topmost option to prevent oneself from painful diseases and just accepting/ or including some healthy habits in your living standards, some of which are-:
